Concept Windows were privileged to work alongside BGC Construction & Architectural Design Development on the Tribeca South apartment project in the Springs Rivervale precinct. This project is a testimony to how the builder, architect & window sub-contractor can work together to provide an economical value engineered window package without compromising any of the design intent. All the windows and doors were cast into the Ritek wall system using Concept’s Series 5000 Adaptor System and all the glass was imported from overseas. Products used were,

• Apartment Sliding Doors – Concept Evolution 35 Series.
• Entry foyer, public lounge & other common areas – Concept Commercial 100 Series Centre Glaze Single Glaze.
• Series 5000 Adaptor System.
• Clear glass throughout.
• 20 year warranty grade powdercoat finish to all frames.
• Flyscreens to all apartment windows and doors.
